I should frankly say that writing a profile for a dating agency is
not a usual thing for me. What shall I write to make it nice, attractive
and realistic and objective at the same time? The task is not an easy
one. But I will try to combine things which might seem incompatible.
My name is Olga. I am single, have no kids.
I do not smoke. I have an University degree, the philological faculty.
I enjoy having a glass of a light good wine with my friends. As to
my appearance, I am a very tiny woman – I am 140 cm tall and my weight
is 38 kg. My voice jingles like a bell and I have quiet and delicate
manners probably due to my star sign Libra and I was born in a year
of Snake. Being so miniature I arouse in men a strong knightly wish
to protect, defend and take care. Like many other women I like it
a lot as knighthood has always been men’s prerogative much admired
by weak women. Classics said that women’s weakness makes them strong.
Despite my delicate appearance I have a quite logical
way of thinking and a clear idea of what I would like to get. My priorities
are love, marriage, family and then goes business. Though I chose
my profession according to my interests. I am a manager at a tour
company. I have traveled a lot, especially in oriental countries,
India, Thailand, Syria, Turkey. I liked Munich a lot, it reminds me
in some way my home town Rostov-on-Don, it is as warm and friendly.
Traveling around Germany I was sorry to find out that my spoken German
is rather poor.
I am very curious by nature, interested in art, music,
painting, literature. I try to spend any spare minute visiting concerts,
exhibitions, museums and so on. But I would not deny myself a pleasure
of staying at home with my favorite book and my pet cat. All these
things, my job which I love a lot, my hobbies, my friends can not
of course take the place of that main thing, the dream of each woman
– man’s love, the desire to have a family and children. I am not an
exception. But for me marriage is not a wall to protect myself against
the world. It is more like joint creative activity of two people living
in harmony with the world. I am not going to be a millstone on my
husband’s neck trying to drown him. There is no doubt that husband
is the head of his family, but his wife is supposed to be his helper
in any situation, his home front, his devoted friend in joys and sorrows.
I believe that woman’s happiness is in her husband’s success. One
more thing very important for me in marriage. A man should not only
love the kids but also want to have them.
Generally speaking I may seem romantic and idealistic.
And at my not very young age (I am 36, I was born on 18 October in
1965) I still sincerely believe in miracles. I believe that somewhere
overseas there is a man looking and waiting only for me. He is the
man I need, my second half. I think he should have a delicate and
sympathetic soul, a loving and faithful heart, tired of being alone.
I would like to fill his life with my love, tenderness and care.
