So, if you prefer not to send your credit card details over Internet, you can place an order by FAX. Here is how:

2. Fax it to +1-775-254-5776 (this is a number located in USA)
3. We will do the rest.

When you fax an order to us, you will within 24 hours receive an order submission confirmation by e-mail. It will contain your order number and timestamp when it was submitted for processing (for tracking purposes). Then within 48 hours we will process your order and send you addresses (if your payment is accepted).

If you fax your order and do NOT receive order submission confirmation from us within 24 hours, please write us by e-mail, there may be some technical problems with your e-mail or our fax server.

IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY!

1. When making an order, you are REQUIRED (!!!) to provide a valid and working e-mail address. Please double-check your entry, if you are new to computers, please check your e-mail by sending a message to yourself before making an order (or ask your system administrator for assistance).

We will e-mail you after we receive a fax, asking you to reply and confirm that your e-mail address is working. If you fail tpo respond - your order will be ignored.

2. We use services of third party billing company - Multicards BV (a division of De Postel BV Internet Services, Bordeauxlaan 86, 5627 GW Eindhoven, Holland). Since we use third-party billing service, charge will appear as "BUY-SECURE/Crescent Moon" on your card statement, NOT as "Helene International".

3. Very important! You MUST provide full address details (exactly as on you Credit Card statement) when submitting your order! Multicards is using Address Verification System, so not only your credit card is checked, but your address data as well. Remember, you MUST provide a CORRECT billing address exactly like it is written in your credit card statement - if the address you provide will not match with information in your credit card company files, your payment will be stopped!

4. Addresses of ladies that you order, will be sent to you by e-mail AFTER your credit card is verified. It may take up to 24 hours for processing and another 48 hours for CC verification. Please, be patient.

6. Our office hours are 8 am - 8 pm PST, Monday - Friday.

Only actual cardholder is allowed to submit an order. Using somebody's else credit card, or submitting an order on behalf of another person, without prior permission of Helene International Marriage Agency, is STRICTLY prohibited and will be considered a credit card fraud and reported to appropriate authorities immediately. In case when there is absolutely no other way to make a purchase but to use help of somebody else, prior notification AND permission are required. 4. Correctness of information. All profiles are based only on information provided by ladies. We have neither mechanism nor physical ability to prescreen ladies and to verify the correctness of data provided, their sincerity or their real intentions. It is your responsibility to verify all information gained from using this site. 5. Guarantee. We guarantee that ladies' postal address information is correct. If any letter sent to a lady by ordinary mail within 2 months of date of address purchase, returns to you undelivered because address is not correct or the lady has moved, we guarantee that we will replace the address of this lady for 3 addresses of your choice free of charge (please note: we will require a copy of original returned envelope). We can give a reasonable amount of guarantee that lady's e-mail is correct at the time of update, however, we can not guarantee that her e-mail will always be working, valid, or that lady will always be willing to use it in the future. We do not guarantee that a particular lady will like you and decide to correspond with you. Ladies are not obliged to correspond with anybody if they don't want to. 6. Orders. All orders are final. We do not offer money back. 7. Order cancellation. Once order is submitted, it is processed completely automatically by the third party credit card processing service. Even if you change your mind while it is being processed, we CAN NOT stop it. Your card will be billed. In other words, you can not cancel your order. 9. You are REQUIRED to provide a valid and working e-mail address when submitting an order. 10. Indemnification. By submitting an order, you agree that you will indemnify "Helene International Marriage Agency" and hold it harmless for any losses or damages to yourself or to others that may result directly or indirectly from use of any information provided by "Helene International Marriage Agency".
