1.
When making an order, you are REQUIRED (!!!) to provide a valid and
working e-mail address. Please double-check your entry, if you are
new to computers, please check your e-mail by sending a message to
yourself before making an order (or ask your system administrator
for assistance).

MAKE SURE YOUR E-MAIL IS WORKING, AND YOU ENTER IT CORRECTLY INTO
THE ORDER FORM!!!
2. We
use services of third party billing company - Multicards BV (a division
of De Postel BV Internet Services, Bordeauxlaan 86, 5627 GW Eindhoven,
Holland). They handle all billing and credit card verification on
our behalf. That's why you don't need to worry that we may abuse your
credit cards information. Once order is placed, it is processed completely
automatically by Multicards Processing Center's computers.
We NEVER receive any credit card details
from Multicards - only information whether this particular order has
been declined or accepted. Credit card information from order page
is transferred in encrypted form using PGP encryption. Since we use
third-party billing service, charge will appear as "BUY-SECURE/Crescent
Moon" on your card statement, NOT as "Helene International".
3. Very important!
You MUST provide full address details (exactly
as on you Credit Card statement) when submitting your order!
Multicards is using Address Verification System, so not only your
credit card is checked, but your address data as well. Remember, you
MUST provide a CORRECT
billing address exactly like it is written in your credit card statement
- if the address you provide will not match with information in your
credit card company files, your payment will be stopped!
4. Once
you press "Submit an order" button, you will be taken to
Order confirmation page - you can verify all data you submitted before
finally authorizing your payment. On
Order Confirmation page, NEVER press "Confirm order" button
twice - to avoid double billing. In general, please remember,
that all orders are processed totally automatically - each time you
submit an order (i.e. press "confirm Order" button), you
are billed (if your card is valid). So, if you make a mistake (submit
a wrong lady's reference # for example), do not resubmit your order
online (you will be billed), instead, write us by e-mail.
5.
Addresses of ladies that you order, will be sent to you by e-mail
AFTER your credit card is verified. It may take
up to 48 hours for verification.
Please, be patient.
6. Our office
hours are 8 am - 8 pm PST, Monday - Friday. All orders submitted on
Friday and weekend, will be processed automatically, however, addresses
will be sent only on Monday.
